Do you ship worldwide?
We would love to! However, since we are committed in only providing best service in the most effective manner, please note that unfortunately we do not ship orders (not limited to) to China, India, Iraq, Philippines, Pakistan, Palestine, Thailand, Africa at the moment. We do not take your trust in us for granted and wanted to ensure ALL orders are delivered properly, putting only smiles on all our customers as well as build a relationship and being a part of your amazing family's journey!
How long is the processing time?
For most items, the processing time is 1-5 business days. Due to high demand, we carefully communicate the order immediately to our team and warehouses for check, rechecks and shipping preparation as we are very strict on quality control.
How long till I receive my order?
Shipping time may differ by location this is due to the location of our multiple warehouses in Europe, Asia, and Australia, please note that shipping times may generally vary from 2-5 weeks after the order is processed mentioned above. We assure you that the quality products that we have is well worth the wait and that you will love them! Please also note that we offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL products with available tracking (for most countries) to help ensure proper delivery. We take our brand reputation and most importantly, great customer’s satisfaction really seriously and wanted to go above and beyond to ensure you are happy shopping with us.

Will my items be sent in one package?
We are committed to shipping the items as fast as we can from our various warehouses and thus, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages to optimize processing and thus shipment. This is done so you can enjoy our products in the most timely manner possible!
What about customs fees?
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Unfortunately, please note that buyers bear all responsibility for the customs' charges and taxes. Please also note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country as the custom rules for countries differ and unfortunately beyond our control. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information For some shipping companies, it may take them 2-7 business days for the tracking information to integrated in the system. Please note that there is sometimes a delay in the shipping companies in updating the tracking. With that being said, if your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking information, please do let us know at support@jamesonbabyco.com
How about returns policy?
We generally only do returns on the very rare occasion of defective, damaged products upon arrival (not due to customers' mishandling) or the unlikely event of wrongfully sent item and would require verification by our support team as noted in the Return Policy page.
