Please note that If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of the delivered date as any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for any return. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our support team will review the return request, send further instructions if the return is approved or not. Please note that we generally only allow refunds or exchanges (after verified for approval) for specifically items that are either defective or damaged upon arrival (not caused by customer's use or mishandling).
Please note that only items purchased directly from Jamesonbabyco.com will be accepted for review. Returns made without receipt may be refused. Returned items must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation.
Returned items must also be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you. Please note stains, folded cards, broken seals / plastic foiling, or any damaged condition due to customer’s use or mishandling will not be accepted. Please note Jameson Baby Co. reserves the right to deny any return.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless they are verified by our staff to be damaged or defective.
Incorrect orders placed
Please take care to choose the correct item (color, model, quantity, etc.) as incorrect order will render the case ineligible for any returns
Similarly, please ensure that you provide us with the accurate shipping address as we do not take responsibility in product not delivered correctly as a result of inaccurate shipping address. Please also note that you may not be able to change your orders once it has been placed as our system and teams would have processed the order. Nevertheless, should such event occurred do still contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we may inform them to see if change is still possible. Jameson Baby Co. reserves the right to deny any return.
Please note that you will be responsible for the amount of your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Jameson Baby Co. cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return on Damaged or Defective Products
We are very strict and have implemented various standard of procedures with our warehouse, quality control and logistic teams to ensure proper delivery. Each item is processed, checked and rechecked carefully prior to shipment as we take our reputation and most importantly, customers’ trust on us very seriously and are committed to providing the best service and experience we possibly can. Nevertheless, should any of these unlikely unfortunate events below do occur:
- Your item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You receive a different item that is not as specified in the product details and invoice

Processing returns generally may take up to 14 business days (but may take longer depending on your credit card or payment company) from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
